Just thinking about Shin Megami & Fire Emblem together is the stuff of fan fiction or an April Fools joke but it really looks real especially now that it has a name: Illusory Revelations #FE (red as: Illusory Revelations Sharp FE).Illusory Revelations #FE is set in modern-day Tokyo and features the classic Persona type exploration and graphics. What really excites me though if Atlus can tap into the relationship bonds even further by combining elements from Fire Emblem (ex. Character unlocks new gear/look/moveset/abilities not just personas to summon), maybe even permadeath? BTW That rocket cyber-pegasus thing you have there in the trailer is srsly awesome.
Also this Illusory Revelations #FE (is this the first hashtag in a videogame title?) doesn’t seem like a mashup of two distinct franchises but something totally new, which is excellent. Illusory Revelations #FE is scheduled to be released for the Nintendo Wii U. I’m hoping for a 3DS version. =)
