So during my trip to Hong Kong last June, we managed to have lunch at one of the world’s cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant (it was the cheapest but another HK restaurant managed to undercut them or so they say…) at their IFC Mall branch. Tim Ho Wan is located under the mall and we waited for about 30 mins or so before we were ushered in to our (compact seating). Seating was quite closely packed together to maximize space as they were a dozen or more other hungry patrons waiting to get their turn. Good thing the food was very good.

Tim Ho Wan is also now in the Philippines at SM Megamall but Expect loooong lines. The food worth it methinks. =)
