    i am from spain and i can`t download perfect world in english, i only can download in chinese, with chinese characters, no letters :S perfect world is only for phillipines?? actually is in closed or open beta??? plz help me I want play this plz plz plz!!

    Perfect World Philippines is IP locked to Philippine users only.
    That means only PH residents are allowed to access the game. Sorry.
