I just called up PLDT 171 to request a downgrade of my 3 year old DSL Professional line, after 5mins of “checking” my account status, the girl over the phone tells me i need to pay PLDT 5,000 pesos to have the line downgraded. Waw. Kapal muks naman. Mukhang pera naman talaga…..When i asked when the supposedly 2mbps “upgrade” e selected areas pa lang daw ung pag roll out ng “upgrade”. Horseshit. You dont advertise about having an upgrade in national newspapers, since last year, then have old loyal customers wait for an upgrade being already dangled/received by new customers. Kakaramahin din kayo.
