PLDT Sucks: 5k for a Downgrade?
I just called up PLDT 171 to request a downgrade of my 3 year old DSL Professional line, after 5mins of “checking” my account status, the girl over the phone tells me i need to pay PLDT 5,000 pesos to have the line downgraded.
