Call of Duty: Black Ops II is indeed real and has a release date of the 13th of November. The formal announcement is scheduled for tomorrow morning in Europe, so expect more information then. The screenshot below is from the now updated Call of Duty Black Ops 2 UK website, non UK IP adresses are blocked as of this writing.
