I was having problems with my webhosting the past couple of weeks: inaccessible http directories, very slow ftp connections etc but MarvinsWeb decided to migrate the domain to a new and hopefully stable server.
Some of my recent posts got deleted so i figured an older copy of the db was restored. Anyways, site is back up and hopefully the problems are a thing of the past.
SCRATCH that. i cant access my admin panel. The thing i hate most about marvinsweb is the shoddy tech support. i dont know what the hell are they doing. a simple “Check back in a few hours” is almost as crappy as “Restart your computer”. A client wants to know an exact timetable of what is being done to address the problem, im sure the webhosting guys dont want an answer of “Check back in a few hours” with regards to their billing…..
