Good news for Philippine based Android developers and budding Google Play merchants!

Pinoys can now register as a Google developer and/or as a Google merchant as per the updated policies as posted here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/table/3539140?hl=en.

Currency is based on the location of your Google Wallet which in our case is in PHP.
