LAZADA Philippines gives away P100, 000 cash to lucky mall goers

Hundreds of people have lined up last Tuesday, July 3, at Festival Mall in Alabang to get free cash. A total of P100,000 cash was given away last Tuesday to lucky mall goers to promote the newest online shopping site.

“This is a revolutionary marketing tactic, something not an ordinary company will do. Instead of putting our money to traditional advertising, we at LAZADA wanted to give it straight to our target market. That way, we get to interact with them as well”, enthuses Mattia Perroni, LAZADA’s Head of Marketing.

LAZADA (www.lazada.com.ph) is the biggest online shopping site in the country. It is an extremely user-friendly website. Filipinos here and overseas can browse through the websites eleven categories: Books, Electronics, Phones & Accessories, Computers & Networking, Home & Living, Hardware, Home Appliances, Toys, Kids & Babies, Travel & Luggage, Beauty and Jewelry & Watches. LAZADA customers also have the option of looking for particular items by putting the search tool to good use. Once they find the items they want, simply add them to their cart and check out when they’re ready. Payment options include: Cash On Delivery (COD), Credit Card, Bank Deposit and Dragonpay (via LBC, SM Malls and BPI). Just like that, one can expect their purchases to be delivered to your doorstep within a matter of days via a reliable courier service.
