Apple iPhone 5G Media Event October 4, 2011
We all knew this was coming, but now it’s official. Apple will be holding a media event at their Cupertino campus on October 4th at 10:00 AM Pacific time. The invitation itself is also incredibly elegant, and manages to convey everything you need to know in four iOS icons:
Expect Apple to showcase the iPhone 5G or the iPhone 4S. As iOS developers, we are excited to see what kind of new hardware we can play with in the next year or so. I expect Philippine Telecom company Globe to announce plans for the iPhone 5G very soon (Getting an unlocked one though as Smart has hinted at supporting iOS for their Netphone platform as well) .
