Rachel Smith – Miss USA 2007
Miss USA 2007 Rachel Smith took a spill/falls down/slips/bounces off the floor during the evening gown ceremony at the Miss Universe Pageant but recovered nicely amid heckles from the crowd. Miss Rachel Smith finished fourth runnerup and yes, she’s hot.

Pageant spokeswoman Lark-Marie Anton said, “We believe it wasn’t Rachel being booed but the USA and some of our policies as a country. The booing was unfortunate, but Rachel represented the USA with style and grace. She was extremely dignified.â€.
