Basangpanaginip’s Michael has a list of the Top Pinoy Bloggers which is based on his own independent research. Note that this is not ranked according to income but according to a thorough process as outlined by the author which basically boils down to:
1. HBJ of 3
2. TBJ of 7
3. The blogs included must have an advertisement
4. Must be 1st or 2nd Generation Filipino
5. Acknowledge that he or she is a Filipino
BTW means Highest Blog Juice and TBJ means total Blog Juice.

While hardly the final word in the “who is the top pinoy blogger” debate, being included in a ranking by fellow bloggers is something that smalltime/unknown bloggers such as myself aspire to have: recognition from their peers.
