Paypal is now in the Philippines…albeit in a limited form.
Users from the Philippines still CANT :
- load up one’s account thru credit card
- receive funds
- withdraw funds into a local bank account.
BUT PHILIPPINE USERS CAN NOW SEND MONEY THROUGH THE PAYPAL SERVICE.w00t.
Its still no use for those who wants to setup their own online store and accept paypal payments. While its still not enough, it is something.
Maybe i can use Paypal to pay for a hair transplant in New York. oh Well, Let the spending begin….
