Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao to look less like a billboard, more like a boxer

Looks like Filipino boxing idol Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao will look less like an EDSA billboard and more like a boxer again just in time for the grand finale: Pacquiao-Morales III or 3 if you want it that way. I’ve complained about this during Pacquiao’s last fight, Pacquiao vs Larios.

Erik Penida, vice president for marketing of Manny Pacquiao Promotions said they will limit product patches on Pacquiao’s shorts to only three.

“We’re putting together a list for Manny to consider. It’s Manny’s decision which to choose,” Pineda said in a report posted at Philboxing.com

Pineda explained that Pacquiao is the hottest commercial endorser in the country today and that his endorsing power increased after dealing Morales his first knockout loss in their second outing.

During Pacquiao’s last fight against Oscar Larios, which was held in Manila, Pacquiao’s shorts were peppered with the logos of a battery product, a food chain, a coffee drink, energy drink and the trademark “No Fear” clothing line.
